I submitted a change of address and have not been receiving any mail since then. One of my packages was marked “Picked up at post office at 7:21 PM” this is physically impossible because they literally close at 5:00 PM…. Mind you these were very expensive items. Good luck going on person and trying to get any help.

You have to listen to a minute and a half automated message before the phone ring and ring and rings and then hangs up because no one will answer the phone. No being placed on hold. No busy signal. Just a phone number to nothing. I went in person, no other customers in there, and was told she couldn’t help me but the person coming in at 10:30 could and will give me a call. I get no call so I try calling but of course that’s useless. And then the post office closed at 12. Shout out to Jay who delivers packages though. He goes above and beyond
- MSManny ShahDec 17, 20251.0They routinely misdeliver packages to wrong addresses, or claim packages as "delivered to a parcel locker" when your front door and mailbox are right on the sidewalk after you've been home all day following the tracking updates. That's code for we're late and not going to deliver your package on time so we'll lie about it being delivered. Chances of getting your package are more than likely nil.
