You have to listen to a minute and a half automated message before the phone ring and ring and rings and then hangs up because no one will answer the phone. No being placed on hold. No busy signal. Just a phone number to nothing. I went in person, no other customers in there, and was told she couldn’t help me but the person coming in at 10:30 could and will give me a call. I get no call so I try calling but of course that’s useless. And then the post office closed at 12. Shout out to Jay who delivers packages though. He goes above and beyond

That's code for we're late and not going to deliver your package on time so we'll lie about it being delivered. Chances of getting your package are more than likely nil.

It seems like a lot of folks have forgotten that the USPS has been defunded while the population in this post office’s delivery area has exploded. There are good people working here and they are working hard. Recently there was a package I was supposed to receive over the weekend that didn’t come. So I went to the post office the next business day and was told it was being delivered that day. It still didn’t come, so I went back the next day. When Frances saw that I was back again, she really took ownership of the issue and after looking for a good 10 minutes, she had located the package! There is often a line at this post office but if you come during the day when there is a lull, which is basically between the morning opening rush and the lunch crowd and then again between lunch and closing time, they can assist you much better than they can when there is a long line.
