- RARay AllenFeb 25, 20265.0So this post office itself is great!! Everyone there is super helpful and the line hasnt been bad. My problem is with the phone line which I would give-5 stars if I could. Anyway I cant leave a review without rating the post office itself so i'm going to give it 5 so the people there don't get in trouble over an issue that isn't their fault. Anyway storytime! I lugged some heavy packages over yesterday and the post office was closed due to the snow despite the roads being mostly clear which is fair. The main problem is the phone line- which im assuming is usps in general and I feel like i need to lodge a complaint somewhere to bring attention to this issue and this is the best place i've got. It took me 40 minutes and it hanging up on me at the 20 mark even to get a a representative to ask if they'd be open today despite the weather. It wasnt one of the options a robot could answer(it can tell you the default hours but that's it) It hung up on me once without allowing me to take a survey too. After that and 25 minutes of wait time (also understandable) the representative i finally got INSISTED that this location DOES NOT EXIST. I gave him the full address of the usps store , my own apartment,and the zip code multiple times . And he kept insisting this location DOES NOT EXIST. Eventually i gave up and ended up lugging my heavy packages over again and luckily it was open this time and everyone there was amazing and super helpful! But yeah. Don't bother with the phone line if you have any specific questions. horrible experience all around.

Awful, totally incompetent, non-service. Avoid at all costs! Gov’t workers should get fired like the rest of us when they are perform like comatose clowns at their jobs.
