    As with every other PO in the area except the one across the river, rude agents refuse to scan your package out if it’s not the same day as the label, which is absolute made up garbage. Dishonest, rude employees who will bend over backwards to screw you over to pump up their numbers. Thanks for an ever terrible experience

    The ladies that work there lie about their services. I seen reviews that mentioned similar issues. The just don’t feel like getting anything done and will use excuses, this time no MoneyOrders, last time PO Boxes and before that refusing to give a receipt for shipping.

    10/27/25 at 4pm Lady who said her name is Pam wqs very rude and loud. She got upset when she asked for the pen back and i told her I wasn’t going to steal it. She decided to raise her voice and caused a scene. Extremely rude for no reason. Extremely unprofessional
