- GLgilcinaldo lopesJan 6, 20261.0Review – United States Postal Service (USPS) Location: 8232 Frankford Ave Ste A, Philadelphia, PA 19136 During a visit to send a blanket, I noticed a few service-related issues that deserve attention and, if addressed, could significantly improve the customer experience. I want to clarify that this is not something abnormal or an attack on any individual employee. We are all human beings and constantly learning how to better interact with one another. However, there are procedural and functional issues that should be corrected. One specific concern was the employee’s interference with the service feedback screen. The decision to evaluate the service should be made solely by the customer. An employee should not touch the confirmation screen or select options on behalf of the customer, especially not automatically selecting a positive rating. Even if well-intentioned, this action interferes with the customer’s opinion and, ironically, results in a poor service experience. Additionally, when a customer chooses to receive a receipt by email, this option may no longer be available if the employee takes control of the screen before the customer completes the process. I do not believe this is entirely the fault of the employee, but rather an issue related to insufficient training provided by the company. Better guidance and training from management would easily resolve situations like this. I am sharing this feedback respectfully and constructively, as I believe small adjustments can greatly improve overall customer service.

People work hard all week and need to mail things on the weekend and every week that you come to this post office, right now it's Saturday morning 10:00 a.m., they are closed. They don't care about the citizens, this happens week after week for years.
