I just recently had a surgery on my dominant hand and was having trouble filling out a money order, as well as a priority envelope and to my surprise, a teller by the name Jackie offered to help me fill it out. I was truly thankful and humbled at the same time for the help.. I was lucky to have the right teller helping me out.. Thank you greatly Jackie for you assistance! Keep up the good work and lead by example

I got to this post office at 1pm, the door was open, and instead of dealing with the people that were already inside before or at 1pm the lady in there telling us they are closed, plus they gonna be closed for a hour and a half for a lunch break which is ridiculous. If people are in at 1pm or before they should be dealt with, not told to leave despite the door being unlocked. I was always taught at any business is if you got people in line, and in your store you deal with them before you close the store for lunch.

I had something important to mail and needed to purchase a mailing envelope as well. I showed up at the branch on Frankford and Cottman Avenue at 3:20 pm (closing time is 4:30 pm.). There is a sign on the door that says they are closed for lunch from 1-2:30 p.m. due to staffing shortage. Why weren't they open at 3:20 pm.? Lights were out and grate was down over the counter. Not impressed.
On the way to my next stop, I decided to use the Roosevelt Mall post office which I should have known better to use. Customer service is horrible and there are always lines. One of the clerks shouted something about if you had boxes you can leave them on the counter. Unprofessional. I needed to get in line because I had to pay for a mailer I purchased. Will be avoiding the Roosevelt Mall post office from now on. I could go on but you get the gist.

If I could give them a 000 I would....clerk said she is at lunch for an 1 1/2 with customers in the office. Kept saying hello and no one ever came out! What a total disgrace! I have never heard of this in my entire life.
