At first I was frustrated that the mail carrier didn’t deliver my package 📦 and then I let the manager know my concerns and she made sure my package was delivered how I originally requested. The manager was compassionate and understanding and she made sure afterwards that I received my package. I felt heard because the manager listened to my concerns and she didn’t dismiss my concerns as others in the past have

I have an order that you said you delivered so I can't find it and when I went to the post office the lady spoke to me so rudely I was surprised when she said check this number for me and the items cost over 900 dollars like we're going to steal them or we're going to find them

Definitely bad service. I waited all day just for them to say they don't have access. You can call all day and they never pick up.

Worst post office ever mail constantly not delivered, when I go up to pick it up they give attitude and say they don't have access to our building when i gave them the code to get in, and my landlord gave them keys after I told them about the issue. I went to pick up mail October 30, 2025, I received two priority pieces of mail dated August 25, 2025 which is crazy because I've been up here twice since then looking for my mail receiving a few pieces each time. Everytime I bring the issue to the supervisor they miraculously deliver loads of mail the next day, then we wont receive mail for weeks again. So someone at this post office does have access to our building and mailboxes.
