Was expecting a call back from Chenise/Shanise about a package that was never sent to their location though the system says it was for pickup. Had to call customer service and report my package missing. Oh, and they don’t answer their phones. So you’re left in the dark through the process, thanks chaneese.

The post office at 101 Olney Ave. is the worst for customer service. First of all they are never open. I have gone there several times at 3 o'clock and they were closed. No sign, no excuse, nothing. Then when they are open, the staff needs to work on their customer service skills. I have to find a more reliable place to do my posting business
