I know they have the funds to hire more help and there are people out here who NEED jobs! I come in to get my packages from my POBOX because on the informed delivery it says DELIEVERED..Use my gas and get ALL THE WAY THERE for them to tell me it isnt PROCESSED... HUH? Delivered MEANS AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP..sometimes I come on my lunch break. This is unacceptable and costing me in the long run. It seems the customer service is off as well. They aren't AS POLITE AS THEY COULD BE!!! Its actually sad to see!
