We always send our packages and mail to Bucks County locations, but we had to send a very important document on Saturday, and this location was the only one open that day. We asked to deliver this envelope as soon as possible and were told we needed to get 2-day priority so it would be delivered to the recipient in VA on Tuesday. Now it's Thursday, and our envelope is still traveling. It was somehow sent to GA. We were told today that our envelope will be delivered by the end of the day on Friday. Seriously, we paid for 2-day delivery, and we have very important documents there! Plus, the lady who works there was super rude! Don't recommend this location, especially if you need to send something important!
