Arrived at the post office at 9:20 a.m. this morning. Doors are locked gates are down lakes are off 15 people online. They open at 9:00 a.m. just another of the many problems to add to the list of this branch.

I was waiting in line with my dad, we were next in line, I wasn’t anywhere near the person in front of me already being taken care of at the counter I was standing by the black stand to wait, and the lady with the head scarf walks all the way around to put the “please wait here to be served” sign right in front of me where I’m standing and tells me to wait behind the line with an attitude. That was completely unnecessary and rude. Then, when she was done with lady in front of me, she then says “next to whoever is ready”. You see me and my dad standing there, we are next not whoever is ready. She was so rude and that was completely uncalled for. If you’re gonna be miserable and act like that at your job you should not be working there. Also the one Russian guy or whatever he is is also extremely rude. I wanna say a couple months ago I had accidentally put the usps location address for a package to be delivered instead of my home address, it was a simple mistake, I called usps the day my package was supposed to be delivered to inform them of my mistake, I took full responsibility, and the guy calls me back with a whole attitude making me feel stupid and told me if it happened again my package would be put as lost. Everyone in this location is extremely rude for no reason and I know I’m not the only one who has dealt with those people working there. This location needs to hire new people that know how to treat customers and speak to them as human beings. I never had an attitude once with the lady today or the guy from months ago. Whoever is in charge of this location people consider a change of people who work there. Unacceptable behavior.
