I was nervous about coming here after reading all the horrible reviews, but Andrea was kind, she greeted me when I walked in, was helpful, and answered all my questions.

I went there for a drop off. The postal worker who was there at the time rushed to take my package, then once she had it in her hands, threw it onto the floor. Didn't even say sorry and looked at me right afterwards. I had fragile electronics in there and if they are damaged I will be complaining and filing a claim. You would think having a job like this which basically lets you sit down and relax all day (this place is never busy) would make you want to care for the packages people give you just a little bit more, but apparently not.

I came to this USPS location earlier this week to mail my save the dates for my wedding and requested that they be hand cancelled. The postal worker was on the phone with a friend during the interaction and kept saying “okay, okay, yes,” while I was explaining what I needed. When I asked about payment for hand cancelling, she told me not to worry about it. Unfortunately, I later realized that none of my envelopes were actually hand cancelled. I’m disappointed, as I took the time to come in person specifically to ensure they were handled properly, and they were not.

Not a real post office. Just a tourist / museum spot.

Not a full service post office, very much better off going somewhere else. There’s one on Arch St. If you’re a tourist I guess it’s fun to see. Other than that I wouldn’t waste time.
