Didn't even say sorry and looked at me right afterwards. I had fragile electronics in there and if they are damaged I will be complaining and filing a claim. You would think having a job like this which basically lets you sit down and relax all day (this place is never busy) would make you want to care for the packages people give you just a little bit more, but apparently not.

When I asked about payment for hand cancelling, she told me not to worry about it. Unfortunately, I later realized that none of my envelopes were actually hand cancelled. I’m disappointed, as I took the time to come in person specifically to ensure they were handled properly, and they were not.
