I have experienced the inconsistent incorrect hours and service available. Hope that gets fixed. Otherwise, it’s a good location.

Went into the Main Street location this morning to purchase a few money orders only to be told by the MANAGER (how I know she was the Manager, she said it to everyone who approached the counter with attitude!), that because she did not have staff, the service was not available along with other persons asking for basic service. Somewhere that seems to be an issue with the current management at that location and reading reviews, proves it. Now as I recall, supervisors/managers should be fully trained for situations like this, not just to wear the title but to understand your role when you accepted it. If you would have smiled your way through the morning, heavens know what awaits you, in the future rather than show how disgruntled you were. Help me understand why these basic services were not afforded? To show the difference in management, SEPTA has numerous issues with both trains and detoured buses, due to the inclement weather. Guess who’s out there with the public helping to ease some problems, not all. A Manager! Never heard her say once, I’M THE MANAGER. And I can’t help you. Just doing her job.
