    Everytime I take my package early enough to be shipped same day on a friday, they wait until Monday or Tuesday instead to ship out. My last shipments took over 20 days because of the snow supposedly. Way past the stage a melting snow, my packages were held for a long time before sending out. I understand weather causes delays but these delays every time I send out are ridiculous. I just dropped off more packages to this location on friday and they are sitting in the office and never went out on friday. I pay for 2 to 3 day shipping and for it to go out on a certain date. It is unacceptable to have us pay a certain amount for each label to guarantee delivery date and EVERY time the package goes out, it is never delivered on time. Highly disappointed with the lack of care for the package deadlines and avoidance of answering calls.

    I am extremely disappointed with the service from this post office. On Monday, my USPS Informed Delivery app showed that I would be receiving mail that day. I waited not only Monday, but also Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and still did not receive it. When I called to ask about it, the supervisor I spoke with had a very unprofessional and dismissive attitude. She stated that “just because it’s on the app doesn’t mean it will be delivered that day,” which is confusing because the purpose of the app is to inform customers about incoming mail. I have never experienced this issue before. Customer service matters. If there are delays or staffing issues, that should be communicated respectfully. The tone and attitude I received were unnecessary. This location could greatly improve both efficiency and customer service.

    El servicio fue pésimo. La empleada estuvo todo el tiempo hablando por telefono. Realmente la unica interacción que hubo fue yo entregar el paquete y ella entregarme el recibo nada mas.

    This post off is the worst post office ever in Philadelphia, the customer service sucks and the people that work here is extremely rude . Every time i come in here the lines are extremely long , and futher more when they deliver my mail they always put it on the side of my steps and never in the mail box . This post office needs some serious help , new workers & better customer service . They left ppl waiting in line for 20 mins and haven't said not one word . This place definitely needs better management ASAP .
