When I arrived at the counter, I asked the clerk if he could get me a digital copy of my receipt so that I could keep it in my records. However, he resisted heavily and claimed that there was nothing they could do to help me. He held up the line of people waiting behind me, which made things extremely inconvenient for everyone involved. Overall, this was a very unpleasant and frustrating experience, and I would not recommend going to the post office in the future. Even just trying to get a simple digital copy of the receipt was an impossible task with this particular office. Needless to say, I left annoyed, inconvenienced, and disappointed with my trip to the post office.
