Refused to take my tiny package because their sliding door is broken. Would not even offer another option. Very inconvenient. I’ve already heard bad story’s about this place and how rude they can be. I just walked out already knowing I would get an attitude if I asked for another way to take in my package. Looks to me like they’re trying to lessen their work load.

Awful place and egregious customer service. Sadly, most urban post offices have seriously declined due to low quality people being employed.

Lost my package. The lady at the desk told me when dropping off my package that the label I had (qr code printed label) didnt match the box I was using (priority shipping box). I told her I wouldnt mind repackaging it, if it would be an issue, which she told me it wouldnt be (it was). So long story short, a whole 12 days after I shipped my package off, I had no updates to my tracking number, a worried and confused customer, and no help from the post office I dropped it off at or at the one the package was supposed to reach before getting to my customer. I'd been calling the usps 1-800 for days and each time they couldn't help because of ONE simple mistake of the employee I handed my package to at this location. Now I have to go look for my package in recovery (which costs money) or wait another 7 days or so for it to ship back to my house, IF it does. I'll never come to this post office again and that's a promise. Retrain your employees.
