The woman at the window is ignorant and thinks she’s entitled to say whatever she wants to.
Today I walk in at 9:19 AM and said “hi, can I get certified mailed”. She said hi how can I help you. She said it 2x. So I said can I get certified mailed.
Instead of doing her job, she responded “when someone say hi, you need to say it back”.
I said I did. You didn’t heard me.
I was with my 1 year old daughter and I didn’t need to add the extra stress and ignorant comments that was uncalled for.
When I first walk in, I was not nasty, I was not rude and I did not disrespect her.
All the postal I go to, most of the employees always have some type of attitude but I don’t care. But today, that was beyond me. I was livid.
Maybe she thinks I don’t speak English and she can pick on non speaking English people.
USPS needs to have mandatory customer service training because no one should have to deal with this type of disrespect.

This is the dirtiest nastiest post office I’ve ever been to. Not only are the premises disgusting but the workers are so nasty and disrespectful. Attitude from the beginning and you can see they don’t want to be there. Absolutely disappointed with my experience at this post office. I gave 1 star because I had to but they deserve nothing.

The women who work at the windows are extremely rude. I went with my package which were already labeled and paid for and she told me if it can't fit in the window then she can't take anymore. My son took some more packages for mw today only 5 and she gave him a whole attitude saying she couldn't take the one but didn't give him a reason why.

Refused to take my tiny package because their sliding door is broken. Would not even offer another option. Very inconvenient. I’ve already heard bad story’s about this place and how rude they can be. I just walked out already knowing I would get an attitude if I asked for another way to take in my package. Looks to me like they’re trying to lessen their work load.
