The staff are generally friendly and helpful, and this location seems busy whenever I visit. They do a good job of keeping USPS packaging supplies stocked, and there's a designated spot to drop off prepaid packages without having to stand in line. They offer the US Passport renewal service by reservation. The last time I visited, I noticed that they were allowing patrons to bring their small, leashed dogs inside the station, which is new and seemed to be appreciated.

It’s a real shame that one of the most established and distinguished organizations operates with such poor customer service. No one seems to care, and everyone acts like they’re doing you a favor just by showing up. It’s unacceptable in 2025 that basic professionalism and courtesy are still missing from such an essential public service.
