This kind of personal insult is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I expected basic respect, not humiliation. I’ll be reporting this to USPS Consumer Affairs and hope action is taken. No one should be treated like this.

The other lady that works here sits and scrolls on her phone all day and is rude to customers while barely doing anything. We asked if we could check in our packages with labels as to not leave them on the counter and she rudely said I ain’t doing that so leave it or not, and kept scrolling on her phone like always. Absolute disgrace, she needs to help her colleague and do her job.
