The line moved efficiently, the staff was attentive, and—most importantly—they were actually present at the counter helping customers instead of hiding in the back. What a concept! I was able to ship my package using cash with zero issues, something I was told was “not possible” at my usual location. When I asked about adding extra insurance, the process was simple, clear, and handled with complete professionalism. No confusion, no attitude, no unnecessary price jumps—just straightforward service the way it should be. The employee who helped me was friendly, patient, and made the transaction quick and easy. It honestly restored my faith in what a post office experience can be.
