Even though I can tell she is American and English is her first language, I am having to ask her to repeat things multiple times. She looks like she is bored and resentful that she actually has to do something to earn her pay. I would replace her with someone who would appreciate having a job and work hard at it with a positive, cheerful attitude.

The line moved efficiently, the staff was attentive, and—most importantly—they were actually present at the counter helping customers instead of hiding in the back. What a concept! I was able to ship my package using cash with zero issues, something I was told was “not possible” at my usual location. When I asked about adding extra insurance, the process was simple, clear, and handled with complete professionalism. No confusion, no attitude, no unnecessary price jumps—just straightforward service the way it should be. The employee who helped me was friendly, patient, and made the transaction quick and easy. It honestly restored my faith in what a post office experience can be. If you’re looking for a post office where the staff is courteous, efficient, and actually helpful, skip Dickinson entirely and head straight to Snyder Ave. They get it right every single time.
