The lines are sometimes long but the clerks have never been rude to me and don’t rush people, so I don’t mind waiting a bit. Even if I’m confused or have something wrong, things are explained patiently. This is a tough job, especially this time of year, so I’m sure it’s hard to be patient in the face of so many customers’ stress and frustration, but I appreciate it.
