If its too hot, if its too cold, if he's on vacation, if he just doesn' t 'feel like it' , the mail person for our building from this post office station doesn't deliver the mail. He will say stuff like "delivery attempted" ---which is compete rubbish because there is always some one here & he has keys to the building. We have asked at the post office and the answer is inevitably: "Your mail is on the truck" OR "He's supposed to hand in his key every night, but he doesn't, so that substitutes can't deliver your mail." Complete BS. WORST post office, Worst staff. Its been this way for decades apparently. Should be burned to the ground.
