This is the second time that the delivery person marked my package as failed attempt no access. I'm home! I saw many others on here with validate complaints.... I have a question. What can we do about it? We can we do to change this? We as a community deserve better than this. How can we all organize and make our voices heard to affect the lack of service which is provided by this postal system? Who can we call or petition? I do know a few people with the city administration but I don't if that helps. But this unprofessional. They have a job to do. And our taxes pays for that job to be done. If they can't do said job then they should find work somewhere else. People should be able to rely on an important service that brings meds and other items that affect our lives And we shouldn't have to take this BS Who do we call? What can we do? We should not be held hostage by disrespectful post office people. Update: I just reached out to the Mayor's office. I also know somebody at one of the news stations. If anybody else have some resources to offer it would be loved and appreciated ñ.

I was never contacted during the attempted delivery of a package that required an adult signature, and then I had issues scheduling a redelivery online. I submitted a complaint on the USPS website on Sunday night, and the next day when the store was closed (after the blizzard!) Leo came by to personally deliver my package. These 5 stars are all for him. Give this man a raise! 🙏🏼🙏🏼

whoever is delivering packages from this location on Mondays is stealing packages beware- especially since Amazon is now transferring packages to carriers like USPS. They will mark it as “delivered” but right when you go out the package is nowhere to be found. Sadly had to watch from a far my package get stolen and then left like this 🙃 if multiple people are in here saying your delivery driver is stealing packages why have yall not done anything?? Fellow Germantown neighbors please beware and make sure when you are ordering use a PO Box or an Amazon locker.
