The carriers never want to do pickups even when they’re scheduled and I leave a note on my mailbox to knock on the door for the packages. I have a business and ship out orders often. I have spoken to several supervisors about this issue yet it hasn’t gotten better. One day a mail truck was parked at the corner of my block for a while after my mail being delivered yet the carrier did not knock on the door for packages. I literally had to go out in the cold and walk down my block to find the carrier to give him the packages. The last package scheduled for pickup hasn’t been picked up in days. The carrier knocked on my door and told me to leave the package in my door and she would come back to get it. This was a Saturday 2/15. I opened my door Sunday morning and the package was still there. The carrier never came back to get the package and Monday was a holiday. I left a note on my mailbox to knock on the door for the package on Tuesday and they still didn’t pick up. Of course I can never get through to anyone at the post office on the phone. Here it is now Wednesday and still can’t get through on the phone. I’m not sure what happened to the regular carrier, he was awesome and the only consistent one with our mail and my pickups. For months now the service has not been the same.

I was getting my mail just fine for the past few months but now that it's December I literally have not received any of my mail at my apartment building all week despite the fact that there's a preview showing I have mail coming. A package of mine has been at their facility in and out for delivery for the past four days. I ordered it almost two weeks ago. Hopefully I'll get it by Christmas.
