Oh sure they said they delivered it, but where is it because it certainly wasn't delivered to my house. I am so sick of this and when I try to file a complaint on missing package that they claim was delivered on 04/20/19 I received a message that I couldn't because of some time constraint. This is BS because it has only been 5 days. This post office needs to be SHUT DOWN...period. After years of problems with mail delivery from lost packages claiming un-deliverable (whatever that means?) to missing pieces of mail. I can't even begin to describe my annoyance with this PO. You can never get anyone on the phone and I am always forced to go through the website to try a resolve issues that never get resolved. Case in point I still have not received a package dating back to March. I have the tracking number and reported this and nothing happened. I am currently trying to get another delivery problem resolved...SURPRISE...when I decided to enter the old tracking # from March and I got a message the the shipper has not sent the package yet...WTF, back in march they said the that package was sent but lost. I CAN"T.....if it were possible I would give ZERO stars.
