Absolutely grateful to have Jay delivering mail to the 4900 block of Warrington avenue, I have been living here since 2003, and I'm happy to see that there is finally another mail carrier who will deliver mail to the second floor landing, which is my correct address! Kudos to Jay!!!

I am so disappointed. I got an email stating that my package was delivered on 7/24/25 at 3: 08 .I was sitting in my living room when the carrier arrived. He put my mail in the mail slot. He didn't leave a package. Why does the email state that that my package was left at my house. This isn't the first time this has happened. Last week one of my neighbors brought two packages that was left at her home. These young people need to stay off of their phones when they're working and pay attention to where they're leaving our mail.

I normally don’t write reviews, but this situation needs to be addressed. The service at this USPS location has been completely unacceptable. I’ve had multiple issues where my mail was either never delivered or delivered to the wrong address.
Even more disturbing, I’ve received mail that was clearly already opened — and I’m not the only one on my block experiencing this. People are constantly getting each other’s mail, and it’s become a real problem for our neighborhood.
We deserve better from a federal service. Our personal information is being mishandled, and there needs to be accountability. If this post office is overwhelmed or short-staffed, they should address it — but what’s happening now is careless and unacceptable.
