He put my mail in the mail slot. He didn't leave a package. Why does the email state that that my package was left at my house. This isn't the first time this has happened. Last week one of my neighbors brought two packages that was left at her home. These young people need to stay off of their phones when they're working and pay attention to where they're leaving our mail.

I’ve had multiple issues where my mail was either never delivered or delivered to the wrong address. Even more disturbing, I’ve received mail that was clearly already opened — and I’m not the only one on my block experiencing this. People are constantly getting each other’s mail, and it’s become a real problem for our neighborhood. We deserve better from a federal service. Our personal information is being mishandled, and there needs to be accountability. If this post office is overwhelmed or short-staffed, they should address it — but what’s happening now is careless and unacceptable.
