Would give zero stars if able. SUPER rude girl. Annoyed at the customer before me and me as well. Trying to return amazon. She did not scan all items. I asked to make sure it was done, all scanned. She agressivly said they were. It was was not. She was rude and annoyed at my question. And guess what. Not scanned. Not returned. Angry girl needs to get a non customer service job.

WARNING: Two days ago the manager, "Tom," said I could have a UPS overnight package delivered to this location (Temple student center), and my daughter could pick it up there for a $10.80 fee. Today, she was charged $21.60. I called to ask why this was and Tom said it was the owner's decision to double the price. He would not tell me who the owner is, and my intuition tells me Tom is being less than truthful. I can't trust this place. Temple and UPS corporate will be getting a letter about this.
But I think the people at this store won't care -- look at all the bad reviews and they still haven't changed their ways.

Terrible experience. I had a package that could've easily been taped up. The employee was very nasty stating how she doesn't like "resurrecting boxes". Then after insulting me, she tells me my small package will cost $20. I told her I've never had to pay that much and I ship all the time. I asked for her manager and to my horror she told me she WAS the manager. I dread going back because she is there and she still has a nasty attitude when dealing with customers. I'm currently looking for another method of sending my packages back. This UPS site is an unpleasant one
