I arrived about 10 minutes before the store's closing time which is 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays. The clerk patiently waited for me to quickly wrap one of my return packages. I almost left without my receipts, but he politely reminded me to wait for the receipt, and I did. It was so nice to be served by a customer service person who wasn't annoyed and impatient because I ran in at the last minute. In these stressful days with government shutdowns, and other national challenges, we need more patient customers service representatives like this gentleman. The store is always clean and is in a great location.

I checked my work several times before dropping off at this location. After delivery, I was auto charged. No way to dispute as I don't keep 10 different photos of the many items I sell online since I drop off multiple packages here weekly for years now. Only 2 photos per item. .. the before photo and after its packaged up. Not sure which location did it along the way, but its shameful, unprofessional and unethical. I guess I'll be switching to FedEx. You lost me as a loyal customer.
