I arrived at the UPS Store early in the morning just to print some documents, which I’ve done there many times without any issues. To my surprise, the employee, who seemed to be new, refused to turn on the computer and told me to wait for a colleague. The attitude was very unpleasant and completely unnecessary — I just needed to print my papers myself. I was met with rudeness instead of help. Very disappointed with the service here.

For YEARS, I went out of my way to avoid retyrning any package items through this location - and I mean significantly out of my way. The staff was condescending, unwelcoming, and frankly made every visit a miserable experience. I was so put off by the consistently poor treatment that I'd drive much farther just to avoid dealing with them. It was that bad. This years, After the holiday rush, time constraints forced me back. I'll admit I was genuinely anxious about it - so much so that I asked my husband to come along for moral support in case I had to deal with the same dismissive attitude I'd endured in the past. In STARK CONTRAST to the past, Ryan wasvexceptional - patient, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The entire experience was transformed. It's like night and day from the toxic atmosphere that used to dominate this place. I even mentioned how surprised I WAS and he looked at me with confusion and apologized- I don't remember him even being there when it was a terrorDOME I'm taking off one star only because they're charging $2.12 for printing before mailing, which puts them behind FedEx's pricing. But honestly? That's a minor quibble compared to the quantum leap in customer service. I originally assumed the terrible service stemmed from this being a privately owned franchise with zero employee accountability. Whatever changed - new management, new staff, new training - it WORKED. This location has gone from my absolute last resort to somewhere I'll happily return to. They were fast, friendly, and efficient - everything it should have been all along!!!!

I was there for print only 1 page, I did the line, so when I ring out, I suppose to pay and the lady was super indifferent, she look at me and say you have to do the line again. Like 8 people more and I had to pick up my son..
