This UPS is one of the better locations. It gets quite busy and the owner is always hands-on and helping the staff when it's busy. The young girl with light hair usually in a ponytail (sorry, don't know her name) is always very friendly and pleasant as well. This morning, I stopped by to make a return and did not realize it needed a separate bag; the owner was willing not to charge me anything for it. I appreciate the customer service.

I was worried about cost shipping and item to my sister in the hospital. All the employees were helpful. They assisted in the packaging material to the postage to help reduce cost and get it to my sister. I was extremely appreciative the women at the desk as well as the manager were extremely helpful and pleasant. I need to note this was minutes before closing and no one ever made me feel rushed or locked into any one particular way to send my item. Thank you for all your patience and assistance!
