- RCRob C1 day ago1.0This Store accepted package droppoff and for two days now hasn’t been scanned nor shipped. It still shows it is at the store. I called the store during business hours 8-7pm and she said they were closed and they wouldn’t even check for my package or process my tracking number to check if the package was physically there. She said call 1-800 customer service UPS and file a claim . I called 1-800 UPS customer service and they said the package is still at the store and that there is no other scan but the person at the store won’t even check if the package is still physically there so I am going in circles and can’t locate an important overnight package. This store is run by rude inexperienced people - Go to a different location and avoid this place.
