- EEEKJan 5, 20265.0They are always so nice at this store. It’s so convenient to drop off Amazon and other returns as well as outgoing shipments at the kiosk. If your package is too big for the kiosk drop you can leave it with the counter after labeling. If you have to use the counter instead of the kiosk, sometimes the line seems long but they work v fast. And to tack onto the niceness I mentioned, today the Amazon system was down (store-wide not just kiosk) and they were handling the situation so well. Whoever does the hiring here does an awesome job I never have to worry about anything I drop off here and it always has a positive vibe.

Malik has helped me on a few occasions and is consistently friendly, capable and courteous. I shipped out multiple packages at 5pm on a Friday shortly before Christmas and he had all of my labels printed and attached to the correct boxes in just a couple minutes. I kept getting directed to call customer service & they kept directing me back to the store. However the first and last time I called the store, Zin answered the phone and I was so relieved. Zin met me with empathy, listened to the issues I was facing, validated them, and successfully helped me solve my issue. I am so grateful that she was there as this was a time sensitive issue. She truly saved the day.
