I brought in a file to be printed — first, they used the wrong type of paper, and then printed the image at the wrong size. What’s worse, I found out that the size in my file was incorrect, but no one said anything at the time of payment. A professional service should catch issues like that or at least inform the customer before proceeding. Instead, I was charged for a product that wasn’t right, and the staff didn’t seem to care. Completely disappointing experience. I won’t be returning.
