I brought in a file to be printed — first, they used the wrong type of paper, and then printed the image at the wrong size. What’s worse, I found out that the size in my file was incorrect, but no one said anything at the time of payment. A professional service should catch issues like that or at least inform the customer before proceeding. Instead, I was charged for a product that wasn’t right, and the staff didn’t seem to care. Completely disappointing experience. I won’t be returning.

I had several packages sent to the Access Point through an online retailer option, since I had several packages go missing since I live at an address without a secure place to leave packages. The retailer addressed the package incorrectly, leaving my name out of the Address line, and I had to convince the team members at UPS to let me pick up my package with my ID and with my utility bills. Each time they became more combative and less willing to listen to me. When I had another package sent here for pickup, they refused delivery, and when I call them to understand what happened they repeatedly interrupted and talked down to me. They told me that the retailer had not paid them for use of their Access point services, however when I called the retailer, they showed me a receipt for payment to UPS. I had to have my package re-directed by the retailer again. I would not recommend you use their Access Point services.
