I went in on a busy Saturday 2/28 with only one employee who was very helpful. I had multiple packages to send and needed additional packaging and employee 110282 per my receipt was excellent. High quality service while going above and beyond. I was also impressed with how he handled my needs and the other customers without disrupting any flows or causing delays.

Maya is the best. She was so quick and helpful. Whatever she's getting paid is not enough.

Shocking and unprofessional behavior for a notary service. I agree with other reviews that mention an unwelcoming, and unsafe environment that does not reflect the neighborhood or any of the other local businesses in the area.
Perhaps the Pennsylvania Department of State would welcome feedback on a recent notary experience at this location of UPS, let alone the corporate HQ of UPS. No one should hold a notary license who lacks the experience or temperament to deal with the general public or navigating basic non legal questions standard of any notary.
If the people that work for you lack the education or professionalism to represent your business, then don't take on the liability to allow them to provide a professional service to the public that requires a state license. Otherwise, this also comes with the risk of state imposed fines to your business for the mistakes that hourly employees make when they act unethically according to the license they hold. Too serious to not take seriously.

Best store in the area. Great at returns, customer services, copies, and fax services. The only issue is their notary services. I came in to have a document notarized and an employee confirmed he was a notary and could take care of it. A woman came from behind the counter and said, "Our notary services stop at 4 pm." What do you mean they stop at 4? I told her, "He's here and can do it, and I need it done. Why can't he notarize it?" She said, "That's just our store policy. We stop notarizing at 4 pm." It was 5:00, and I had hoped to notarize the page and send it UPS at that moment. Because it was 5 pm and they wouldn't notarize the page, I had to wait until the next day. I went to the bank and had it done and then sent it. That policy makes no sense. Otherwise, it's a great store.
