  The UPS representative was friendly and extremely efficient. I’ve used this UPS office quite a bit and have always had a good experience. It’s my go to UPS store.

  Personalities do not fit the neighborhood's welcoming attitude. I've never been treated as anything other than a disruption. Marked difference from our old UPS store by South Street. Miss them terribly!

  Do not patronize this business. Recently, a bunch of my neighbors were outside talking. I decided to join in. The topic? UPS! We all shared our horrible encounters at this location and how rude the staff are to their customers. Do not go to this UPS if you want to ask a question, have an issue, or even need to drop something off. I, personally have had rude encounters with Miya, I believe is the manager. My neighbors and I talked about seeing the staff fight with customers. One time a woman was outside on the street crying and told me she called the police because she had an awful heated encounter with Maya. Another neighbor saw a worker fighting with a customer at the front desk. A local business owner told us about how a worker cursed at her and conversations with the owner went nowhere. There are simply too many good businesses to spend your revenue and time. This one does not deserve patronage. We also noticed all the bad reviews get buried by new fake ones. Maybe this Ups should spend more time on developing good relations in the neighborhood then hiring unprofessional staff and trying to boost them up with fake reviews and letting them treat customers so poorly. I will take my business elsewhere.

  BEYOND HORRIBLE. GO TO THE UPS ON 4TH & SOUTH - THEY ARE MUCH NICER. I cannot believe how awful the staff is to customers. Me & my boyfriend stopped in last week and asked some questions about sending out a package, just a normal inquiry. The girl at the desk, Mya looked at us with hellfire and was mumbling and slamming things around. We just stood there not knowing what to do. On our way out, we talked to another customer who told us she had awful experiences with Mya and staff, as well. So, we talked about telling the owner.and were told by neighbors not to bother. He doesn't care and defends this unprofessional & harassing behavior. The only reason I know the girl's name is because , so many people talk about how rude she is to them!!!!! If you look up their lowest reviews, you'll see all the complaints under all the FAKE reviews this business or their staff has posted. Looks like they also have a "bot" service answering reviews. THIS IS NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS.

  The customer service at this location is always incredible. The people are so kind, patient, and attentive. Most recently, we needed a few documents notarized. Anthony, Mya, and William were friendly and thorough.
