When I called 2 separate times before going there to confirm they had my package I was informed that they charge a $15 hold fee even though no where online was this mentioned. Then when I got there they said the fee would be $30 due to the package size but could not provide any written details or chart of what constitutes a $15 package vs a $30 package. The manager on shift stated they are a franchise so they can make up their own pricing. I guess I will have to open a dispute with my card to get their pricing policy. Shame on UPS.
