Then Jaylin, the store manager, patiently took a look at my phone and quickly resolved the issue. As a senior citizen, I’m not always treated with patience, but all three of these gentlemen were kind, respectful, and incredibly helpful. They truly restored my faith in humanity. Highly recommended!

She was attentive, engaging courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough, and most importantly, her mannerisms were exceptional. It’s very rare to meet someone of the younger generation in Philly these days who provides this level of customer service. She mentioned that she likes to read, and as a Bibliophile, UPS needs to acknowledge her service with some type of gift card so she can buy a Kindle. This is absolutely the type of employee you want to invest in. Thank you, Yari, for being exceptional🙌🏽
