This location operates based on in-house conferences/conventions so if you're not attending an event, this location is likely not going to be accessible to you.

There is a simple sign in window that you need to check in packages (very reasonable) but they fail to mention they want you to do this so they can add a $5 fee for checking in each package. It dishonest to push another fee until AFTER they scan the packages without full disclosure. The store knows you got no where else to go and they got you dead to right so you'll pay up. Since there is no sign and no notice UNTIL AFTER you check the packages in, I feel its intentionally deceitful as the whole system is set up to subject you to unnecessary fees.
