Charged me a $1 to print out another label and then come to find out He never scanned it in the system and my package is lost. The contents were over $50- They lost a second package with linen sheets that same day package is lost that package was over $100. I asked for a printout of my receipt of all of the items I returned 25 packages that day and they told me it was impossible to get me a log/receipt of what I mailed out that day on my account from two weeks ago Because they deleted it which makes absolutely no sense. Scammers BEWARE of this place!!!
