  During my visit, I noticed the store was filthy and sanitation was a cause for concern. There was trash on the floor and sales associates were not servicing customers. The store reminded me of a hang out spot. I was dissatisfied with the service and amount of time it took to get flyers for my business. When I arrived at the printing station, there were at least 4 associates, but only one was actively helping customers. There was a bald black man who left the department when I asked for help. He decided to have his lunch in the middle of the sales peek time. The cash wrap was also filled with associates that were not servicing customers as well. It took the associate about 2 hours to service me and by that time I asked for a manager. The thin black gay gentleman (wearing a bandana on his head) came off as very nice at the beginning but kept taking other customers before me with smaller jobs and lower tasks. Frustrated with the wait time after 2 hours, I asked to speak with the manager, (a light skin man with dread locks). He wasn’t helpful but more nonchalant. He was disinterested in customer feedback and looked at me as though I had 3 heads for complaining about the wait. Once the flyers were printed and I had the opportunity to view them, I was highly disappointed. The associate did not review the finished product with me, and as a result, the flyers pixelated (because I complained about him and he retaliated against me) and he stretched the image out to the point where some of the lettering was illegible. While speaking to the manager, he said there was nothing he could do about it and if I wanted to wait another few hours, they could be done all over again. When I spoke to the manager about the current discount the company was running, he said they don’t give discounts, and they try to rectify the situation. I had to educate the STORE MANAGER of their current sale/promotion. The associate also cut the flyers uneven. I unfortunately was unable to wait and had to take the flyers as they were. The staff at this location are friendly with upper management and feel as though they don’t have to service customers or show material before printing. The associate never informed me about the company reward program, reviewed the material or provided exceptional customer service.

  Was charged $7 to ship through ups that's in addition to the ups fee. Why do they charge? I used a little tape but that's it. I could have purchased a few rolls of tape for $7

  Staples has always provided me with the Best products and customer service. They are my go to for any printing job I cannot handle at home. I truly appreciate this store for its consistency and having the products I need in stock each and every time I visit.
