Went here solely to recycle electronics. Straight forward process. Gave items to the desk attendant with no hassle at no cost. All staff I interacted with were helpful and nice. If you plan to make another trip to drop off electronics or shop at Staples, it makes sense to get an account and reap the benefits. However, it is not required to recycle, nor is it required to purchase any products to do so. They recycle various electronics (toner cartridges, phone charging cables, batteries), so be sure to recycle your unwanted or damaged items here rather than putting them in the landfill! It's free! The world will thank you!

Had a very last minute Xmas print needed for my daughter. I arrived short on time and inept at getting the team there the correct file. The gentleman working the printing center was incredibly kind and thoughtful, ensuring I got my small print job taken care of swiftly. He never gave me a hard time for being so last minute despite how very busy they were. I am grateful for his Christmas kindness!

Didn’t catch her name, but according to my receipt it was cashier 2020577 who gave me a horrible attitude when checking out. I spoke up to be honest, since she forgot to ring up one of my items, and was met with hostility… so I’ll act accordingly next time.

I recently had three packages stolen right off my porch so now I have resorted to having each package delivered to a UPS access point & the only available location for some reason was this staples. it is out of my way but worth having my packages safely transported… I received notifications that two of my packages were delivered to the store but upon arrival no employees can find them. Upon closer inspection one of my packages is marked delivered but has been “refused” by someone named Brian and now sent back to the merchant. I was willing to write this off as an honest mistake however my second package was definitely delivered to the staples and signed for by someone named SARAH. as the employee is telling me it was probably delivered to a wrong address and sent back and the only thing i can do is file a claim with UPS i happen to notice her nametag says SARAH. i didnt want to start accusing her of anything but after going home, calling UPS, Staples, and UGG i’ve discovered that theres no traceable way to find out where the package went therefore no repercussions on the person responsible. after having the first packages stolen off my porch and now this, I am not willing to just let it go and resolve itself. to me, the proof is in the pudding. your employee sarah has signed for the package, either misplaced it or kept it or done whatever the heck and decided to look into my eyes and pretend she had no idea and blame neighboring businesses or UPS. I have filed a complaint with corporate but since there is no email address publicized I have no choice but leave this review. If this is resolved or the package is suddenly found by staples, i am happy to remove this review but i dont appreciate the lying. i had a 3rd package on the way to staples because they broke my order into 3 shipment's but i have since paid 7.99 extra to have UPS reroute it to another location since i cannot trust this store
