- MHMichael Hyde2 days ago4.0Went here to drop off some ink cartridges for recycle. Process was easy enough- just go to the cashier and drop them off. It’s free to do so. I believe many if not all of their locations in Philadelphia provide this service although I’d call in advance to confirm. Whilst donating the cartridges, the cashier asked if I wanted to join the rewards club. I said I didn’t want to as it was a one time event and then proceeded to understand why I didn’t want to sign up. Each answer I gave was met with another question. Not sure if the staff get a commission or perk for signing up guests but I didn’t appreciate the interrogation. Otherwise a pleasant experience!

It makes no sense and feels like they’re just trying to squeeze extra money out of you. The manager didn’t seem interested in helping or fixing the issue at all.
