There are too many variables and the ability to wipeout the WHOLE thing!!! So when Kiami at the South Philly location Columbus Ave, came to me to help she was the guide to all things technology. Kiami made sure I was learning and moving without fear or anxiety that we old girls always bring, increase temperature and sweat included. Her customer service is impeccable and her personality gifted. So please give Kiami all the flowers, pins, parties and or trophies, cause she is the one to go to for all my old girlfriends and you old timers too. Blessings Kiami

The Staples worker failed to scan the items properly and the $90 casserole dish didnt scan. The next day I called immediately. The only solution was to drive an hour away and get it rescanned. I told them it was a major inconvenience and what can they do for me for compensation. He said, I can give you a $10 Staples coupon. That won’t even cover the gas to get there.

I’ll never understand why someone who is unable to speak to people with kindness and respect would choose to work in customer service. Truly disappointing and nasty behavior, especially considering EVERY other staff member here is always kind and lovely. I hope she can work on her attitude issues!
