I use the office center about once a month and something is always not working, out of ink, out of paper, etc. I never get my money back for a failed print or copy job because it would take so long to wait in the huge lines. The staff is nice, in spite of the chaos, but this is the worst Staples location in the area and I try to avoid it if possible.
