Lights are on, the worker went in at 8:59 am and never came back. It’s 9:10 am in 12 degree weather and they’re still not opening the doors. This is insane staples. Yall gotta do 10 times better. People are leaving and driving off. As I write this is was 9:10, it is now 9:14 and she still has not come to the door. Why as an establishment the companies are not doing a better job to examine their place of business? Big bosses or GM are more worried about money than the customers who fills their pockets. I’ll never comes here again. I’d rather drives 30 minutes up the boulevard for quality services in a timely manner

I came to pick up my order, which was already marked **“Ready for Pickup.” The pickup itself should have been very quick. However, there was only one employee working, and the pace was unbelievably slow.
I drove 13 minutes to get here, and I have now been standing and waiting for over 20 minutes. While waiting, at least six more customers lined up behind me. The situation just kept getting worse.
Two customers ahead of me didn’t have their order numbers. Instead of asking them to step aside and helping customers who were prepared, the employee continued to process everything in order with no flexibility at all. There was no attempt to manage the line efficiently or move things along.
This was extremely frustrating and a poor pickup experience. A simple order pickup should not take this long. Better staffing or basic line management would make a huge difference.

First and last time I go to that Staples on the Blvd- Northeast Towers. Went to send a package to Amazon. Went on a Tuesday at 4:30 & it's empty with just a few workers in sight, (very dim lighting). The 1 worker didn't have a clue on what to do and the girl that did know was so ignorant & annoyed! Going to leave but the automatic doors aren't working, I had to slide it open. That whole Staples needs to be renovated from the inside and right down to the people.

Christine was the only one running around working and helping everyone and she was be able to help me print out my manual book. She deserve a higher position leave it up to me. The short Spanish looking one she was lazy and didn’t want to do her job the older lady told her I was standing there she look at me and turn around and started chit chatting. That position should be for someone else if you don’t want to work. It should be for someone that deserve it. She should be fired. There was a line of people and she stand there on her phone. Staple need to reevaluate, why are you paying an employee just for her to stand around.
