She deserve a higher position leave it up to me. The short Spanish looking one she was lazy and didn’t want to do her job the older lady told her I was standing there she look at me and turn around and started chit chatting. That position should be for someone else if you don’t want to work. It should be for someone that deserve it. She should be fired.There was a line of people and she stand there on her phone. Staple need to reevaluate, why are you paying an employee just for her to stand around.

- RRRaeraeAug 27, 20251.0I walked in . A rude man not in an uniform asked me about my box. It was FEDX . I was told to go to a staples. Either way he explained to me very RUDELY about how they dont except FedEx. Which is fine and understandable! He wouldn't let me talk. To say i understood but i just wanted to make sure from an actual employee. He was arguing back with me saying I needed to listen to him. As a customer he wasn't listening to me. A uniformed woman came by she NICELY told me what he told me. But she listened as I tried to tell her I was told to go to a staples. I just wanted to verify. Bc I will not take directions and attitude from an un uniform "employee ".
