My wife disputed an unauthorized charge. PNC sided with the thief and took our money. PNC doesn't care or put customers first. Their security is low because my wife has had to get 4 new cards because as soon as she gets the card, someone has already stolen information and is making charges

This bank can not be trusted.
#1: 20 Years ago I took out a home equity loan. I went to my local branch and asked if I could make multiple payments at a time, as I was working and I wished to pay the loan off asap. They told me that I couldn't do this as the loan didn't allow it. As of today, I'm retired and still stuck with this loan.
#2: About 2 months ago, I received a package, addressed to my deceased daughter, who worked for PNC, informing her of the IRA they are holding for her. PNC has been giving me the run-around about processing her IRA so her son can have it. They say they will return my calls. The never do. They put me on hold for over an hour. They have blocked my emails.
Do not trust this bank.
