No one at KDI wants to resolve this issue, but they want me to sign a new 48 month contract. There is NOTHING on the legal agreement that states the monthly will increase by 10% annually for the 39 month agreement, but they insist It's the policy. I was never made aware of any such policy and they have not provided any proof of such policy.
