Totaling $28. I have had a man calling me from New York from FedEx since last week. He's telling me that the package is held up in customs and that I have to fill out forms, which I did. Now, he's telling me that there may be a "brokerage fee". He says I may not get charged for it because the package total is so low. On my receipt, the package was supposed to be delivered on December 10th. It is now December 18th. I just got another email from this man asking me for the total amount of the package, which I explained to him three times. He also needs for me to create a FedEx account. This is absolute chaos to send a present to a friend in Canada. I will never be using FedEx again.

You will not get a live person on the phone. I believe this is all by design. They need to step their game up! And have a customer service rep in the front at all times to assist customers. They jockey them from the front to the back.
