- SDShane DudeAug 27, 20251.0I know no one enjoys their job, but Renee absolutely hates this job. Dropping off my package multiple times here, she never once acknowledged me before I had to say excuse me to get her attention, cause she is constantly on her phone. Not to mention, she would act like I interrupted her from doing something extremely important and show you attitude. Good luck when you talk to her cause she will mumble to herself and if you asked her to repeat what she says, you’ll get yelled at. Maybe she’s just too comfortable with her job, which is good for her. But I will absolutely avoid this location if I have a better choice. It seems like FedEx doesn’t care about their customer service quality because apparently she’s been working there since 2014 according to her name tag.
