    10/10 my cards initially printed with some of the words cut off- I wish I got the name of the young woman who helped me fix it because she was awesome. Staff was so friendly and helpful even the day after Christmas when I would have been a hungover crab. Thanks y’all!

    I'm not impressed with this FedEx Office. I walked in today with a package valued at $8926. I work for a government-affiliated lab, and per chain-of-custody regulations, the package needed to be scanned in manually under an employee ID to ensure CoC compliance. The young lady at the counter insisted on me using the automated drop box, which does not comply with CoC regulations. After explaining that due to the package's value, it needs to be scanned in by an employee, she came around the front of the counter and scanned the package at the drop box. This does not comply with CoC regulations set out by my lab, and has effectively invalidated the insurance on the package since the chain of custody was broken. I just have to hope it gets where it's going safely. Since when has FedEx required that all customers use the automated drop box?

    I didn’t get her name, but received excellent service today shipping out a laptop. She even went to the back and got me a special box they have for laptops which I didn’t know. I emailed the shipping label, she packed it and was out of there in 5 mins. It’s hard to find good service these days, but my experience was excellent.
