We had a large, urgent, bulk order of Event Program Brochures and large posters of assorted sizes that needed to be managed remotely from New York, with the final delivery going to a venue in Philadelphia. This situation is usually a recipe for stress, but this team made the entire process seamless from start to finish. Their communication was phenomenal. They kept me updated every step of the way, offering solutions like the $20 shipping option just in case we couldn't arrange pickup. When we got down to the wire and had last-minute asks and changes, they handled everything with grace and professionalism. They managed to take what was an extremely high-stakes, time-sensitive request and make it feel as stress-free as possible. A huge, special shout-out to Tina for her exceptional dedication and attention to detail, and also to Nicole for her interaction and support. While I caught these two names, it's clear the whole team operates at an incredibly high standard. Thank you for ensuring our event materials were perfect and ready exactly when we needed them. We will absolutely be using this location for our future needs in Philly!

Especially that she is working on a Saturday into the afternoon and maintained a positive attitude, that is something that shouldn’t be overlooked. I am very grateful for her work! UPDATE: visited this location yesterday and was promptly and kindly helped by staff member Oniqueka. She gave very clear instructions, repeated them patiently, and also displayed a positive attitude throughout. Thankful for her work and greatly appreciating the professionalism of the staff I encounter here!
