  When I arrived there was an employee vaping in the entrance with the door open. I tried to enter and she closed the door in my face and said the store is closed, even though it was during normal open hours.

  Rude and obnoxious staff. They don’t ask you what you need and then get mad and refuse to help after wasting your time. Go somewhere local. They can’t handle basic printing and stapling.

  Hey FedEx your driver almost kill me on the highway. He tried to merge Into my car as I was driving straight and I had to slam my breaks in my highway because the giant FedEx truck merge to the paasinge lane going 20 miles per hour for no reason when there was none in front of the dumb truck guy ... Cars behind me slam breaks tok and honk I was so scare the truck was gonna push me off the road

  I came to this location desparate after calling/visiting 2 other locations near downtown. Both told me my print job could not be done til 12pm next day. Stopped in to.this location in the Loews hotel, Kyle the store manager saved my meeting even when I showed up 5 minutes before closing time. He stayed 2 hrs past closing to see my print job through. That is #1 excellent service. Professional, courteous and a can do attitude. Thanks a million Kyle!!!
