Was told it was delivered but was the wrong package and in the wrong lobby to a different address. When I tried to get to the bottom of it they said that the case was closed and that it was delivered. I kept trying to get ahold of Monica or a superior and the people I would keep getting on the phone kept giving me the run around and would not let me speak to a superior. Now they are not releasing the funds back to the original company that I got this very expensive jacket from. Now we won’t get this item for Christmas because it has since been sold out. They can’t find the package now and haven’t been helpful in retracing steps on where it is.
