- VTVanna TouchJul 30, 20252.0The carriers are nice and friendly. However, since i moved to perkasie, i have gone to the actual post office twice. Both times were terrible. The guy with braided hair that works there is just ignorant. Today i went to send something out he came from the back having a personal conversation on his phone. I said hello and he didnt even acknowledge it. He just continued to keep talking and rang me up, and when he gave my change it was incorrect as well. I had my 2 year old daughter with me too. Worse experience ever, don’t think ill be goint back there.

I got lucky enough to speak to Ms Heidi who was very helpful in resolving my issue. She made sure the package was being forwarded to the new address and she was very nice and kind. Thank you Heidi

I had gone there to take care of it, but nobody was in that could help me. A bit frustrating, however the next day the key and our mail was bought to our door. Totally a rare service these days and I truly appreciated it!!!! Thank you.
