- AVAngela ValentinoJul 11, 20241.0I'm sorry to write this review but this is what happened to me, I needed to send something to Canada and you have to fill a custom form, I ask an African-American teller to help me to look for the zip code in the address, Canada has so many letters and numbers I just wanted for her to point them to me, and what she said was unbelievable; She said " I don't know which one are they, I don't live in Canada, I live here". I was asking, but you see this forms from people all the time, can you help me? And she said the same to me, and she add, you should find out. And it comes a blonde lady, the other teller and said the same to me. Well I guess they are not Canadian. So I said Thank you and i left, and I could hear the blond lady said: Unbelievable! An I said to her, yes exactly! and I left. Then I went to the Newtown post Office, and it was this Asian nice lady, that as soon as I show her the address, : "Oh yes, this are the letters and numbers that go in the part where it says the zip code". That simple. How she knew that? Was she a genius? The other lady’s didn’t even look at the letters, they didn’t even try ti help me. It is a shame, because the people that worked before, were very nice and helpful. This happened on July 11 2024.
