I had given a package to the penndel post office on thursday 7/19/2018 with my return label in tacked with packing tape as needed. I am awaiting a large refund for the return of this item and on saturday 7/21/2018 a postal deliver dropped my package off at my address and the label was cut not ripped off so the bar code could not be scanned and on this label that was cut was writing "Generate New Label" why was it returned to me ?? Why was this not labeledas it was an obvious screw up of a postal worker??? We as the sender made it very clear when dropping this package off at the office that a worker behind the desk made sure it was all in order to be shipped correctly??? Now i am spending an adxitional 45 mins on hold to speak to someone! In addition to thos oncident i am awaiting a package from GA i have been tracking this item as it was to be arriving at my residence on 7/19 .... On 7/19 it then said ups had interchanged to usps and it would now arrive on 7/20/2018 well on 7/20 my package went from my local Penndel post office to NEW YORK??.. what is going on at our local post office????? I am furious!
