None of the flat rate shipping supplies are ever in stock either. I asked, do you have any flat rate padded envelopes and she looked threw a couple papers on her desk and said "nope sorry were all out". I asked "how long have you been out for?" "Since last Thursday", she replied. So the whole looking on the desk thing was just a show to act like she might have some. Even though she knows her and her fellow employees have not ordered any because they come over night.
