(DATED: JANUARY 12th 2026 @ ~ 3:30pm) Absolutely unacceptable experience. I went to this USPS location to have my packages scanned and asked for a receipt, and the clerk outright refused, stating that it was “too much work” and that it would take too long because people would be “walking in and out.” Ironically, she stood there arguing with me for nearly 10 minutes, during which not a single customer walked in. She could have scanned my packages and printed a receipt multiple times over in the amount of time she spent refusing to do her job.
When I asked for her name so I could report the issue, she refused to provide it. I then asked for the postmaster’s information, and she falsely claimed to be the postmaster, which was clearly untrue. The entire interaction was hostile, unprofessional, and disrespectful.
I visit the post office almost daily as a small business owner and have never experienced behavior this bad. This was by far one of the most disgusting and frustrating USPS interactions I’ve ever had. Accountability and basic customer service were completely nonexistent here.
If I could leave less than 1 star I would - 1 star is very generous to be completely honest.

I cannot no say enough about Jennifer and the staff that work at this location! Everyone I've encountered is so friendly and wonderful.
Yes, their hours are somewhat limited, however, what company isn't having staffing issues? Everyone from my dentist office to the grocery store has had to limit hours lately

When I'm able to get there during work hours, it's fine. I like the workers and everything always goes smoothly when I need to pick up a pakage. But I feel like someone specifically picked these hours to mess with us. Most people work 9 to 5 jobs Monday through Friday. Heck, most people work overtime. I need to go into work late in order to get my pakage. How disappointing.
