- EZEdgar Omar ZambranaJul 16, 20251.0This is the worst mailman in the postal office of Palmyra he is tall with blonde hair looks likes he’s 34 yrs, he says he’s been working there for 10 yrs and I don’t have clue how he manage to be there that long. He have no customer service he was on the phone and didn’t pay attention to our mailing and to us, he is irresponsible didn’t gave us the recipe of the transaction even when we ask for it he only told us that’s all, didn’t have work ethic he was arguing and says that he didn’t care what happened with our mail because he wasn’t in the other post office where we sent it. Bad image for this postal office. The other mailman that have attended us before this day it’s the best one so far, he is tall and of color to bad I don’t know he’s name. But this tall white mailman the worst one to be working for a federal office.
